Alexandra is a Canadian project manager living in a small town in Ontario, Canada. She became a mom during the early months of the COVID pandemic. Seeking connection with other new moms, she set out to create a book that celebrates everything moms do during the newborn period and serves as a beautiful reminder that we’re all human.
Nikki is a Filipina graphic designer and illustrator based in Vancouver, Canada. Her vibrant, maximalist art is inspired by the culture of the Philippines, and the colourful travels she experienced during years of living nomadically. She uses a variety of digital platforms for her illustration and graphic design work, as well as ink and acrylic for traditional art.
